Overall Rating

The roads in were well graded and maintained.

About half the sites in the campground are along the lake. All are in deep shade in the pines (so no solar or Starlink here). The campground loops are easy to navigate with all but the largest of trailers.

Most sites are more suitable for tents or teardrops but there were a handful on the upper side of the campground that fit RVs. There was a large 5th wheel toy hauler in one site.

The area is very popular with trout fishermen and very cool in the summer. The campground sites at over 10k feet and was a beautiful 70F when the valley below was well over 80F

The only drawbacks were the complete lack of cellular coverage and the mosquitoes.
