Large homeless population with several individuals wandering around obviously on some kind of substance (staggering and ranting). We were immediately being watched by a large, sketchy group when we pulled in the parking lot. Also an active crime scene was happening across the street when we pulled in. Did not feel safe stopping for the length of time necessary to dump our tanks despite it being the middle of the day. Does have an easily accessible dump station. Cannot attest to its functionality as we just drove on through.
