Great spot, the good spots are off a road to the right, we were able to get in with a 18000lbs fifth wheel a little soggy but manageable. If you have anything big like ours I recommend backing down from the main road and park in the grass off the logging road. Have fun and enjoy free!

Turn off hwy 16 on Stagg Road. It is a fine dirt road. There were a couple of spots on Stagg to pull off on dirt roads to the right that would have worked IF NO HEAVY RAIN., but I continued about a mile and went left up the dirt road about 500 feet. There was a huge wood pile and a yellow grader where I turned, that looked like it was there for a few months at least. After you turn, the road goes right or left. I explored the right turn and there was a spot a couple of hundred yards up, near the top of the hill. However, I chose the left turn (actually straight) because there was a great spot 100 feet up that had room for me and my toad to make a uturn and park, My exact coordinates were. 43.732,-103632.
Quiet spot. Seems like no airport traffic. Trees and grass.
NEARBY AREAS>>>As a side note... I found other spots further east on hwy 16. I explored Wabash Springs Rd (Forest 6661K). I found spots .3 miles in after turning from 16, .5 miles a big spo. for big camp and uturn,, 1.2 mile could overnight on side of road as it is wide there, 2 miles, and at 2.3 miles you could camp and make a uturn towing a toad.

Found a turn around near the beginning of the road so parked and walked. We walked about a mile and didn’t find it. Not suitable for our RV so we camped where we pulled in. Beautiful land an walk with lots of deer.
