Rate in Apr 2024 is $41/night for full hookups with a $4 discount for Good Sam, Senior, AAA. The pull-thru site was easy to park & setup-hookup. I didn’t unhitch so getting back on the road was quick after disconnecting. Palmer, the registrar, was gracious and gave me a key for the clubhouse pool, restroom, and showers. The restroom and showers were clean but show some age. The showers actually have glass shower doors. I was tired after a long drive so didn’t explore the grounds. There is a small pool & hot tub. When leaving, a left turn isn’t allowed so I had to U-turn to head back to the north 99 freeway. If you are heading south on the 99, you can turn right & hit the South 99 after several miles, avoiding the u-turn. Overall, a great affordable overnight place that I’d stay again. There is some road noise but not bad. The site is level asphalt, level parking lot style with no shade. The sewer hookup is elevated on a concrete curb so that made dumping a little more work, clearing the hose.

He closed at 645 pm, so not really an after hours place. AT&T is currently just one to two bars 5G. Looks like there are just two transient spots? The rest of the (many) sites are permanent to semi-permanent residents. A lot of nearby properties are cleared and new construction going in the general vicinity. A Love’s station going in nearby. Bakersfield must be expanding outward.
Sleeping was very quiet. Just the din of Hwy 99. Would try this place again if ever back in the area.

Easy location right off the highway. This is an RV/Mobile Home Park with mostly long term residents. There are 3 sites set apart for nightly rental which you reserved by phone and pay upon arrival.
With no previous Campendium reviews, we weren’t sure what to expect. But what we found was a nicely laid out set up. The individual sites are small but sufficient with sewer, water, and electrical. The three rental sites are conveniently located right next to the laundry/restroom and Pool and playground areas.
The Restroom facility was clean and had multiple shower stalls which we used. Laundry is available with coin operated machines. There is also a small children’s playground and picnic area and swimming pool - of which we enjoyed all three amenities.
The full hook up site nightly cost was $42, with a AAA discount making it $38. The office personnel was friendly and very helpful. The overall area appears a little sketchy, but the RV park is somewhat isolated and felt secure to us. No noise issues after dark.
We will definitely stay there again when we travel to Bakersfield. The facility is simple yet sufficient for a comfortable overnight stay.
