Decent stop to dump and go. Overnight parking prohibited and San Diego county will ticket and even tow if visitors park RVs, vans, etc in these parking lots and on nearby streets. This is a boat launch with dump station. No camping or overnight stays. Easy access but a little dirty. But.. if you’re dumping, I guess it doesn’t really matter. This is and in and out deal.
