Nice campground. When we were here there were only campers on our first night and then we have the campground to ourselves. Good level sand sites. Our site (6) have a pretty steep grade to get in and out of. With a small car you might struggle to get back on the pavement. Only the main bathhouse was open at the time of our visit.... more

Only the main bathhouse was open at the time of our visit. Decently clean, showers are push button style.

Overall Rating
Great campground. A little expensive for dry camping. Also has Leantos for rent, beach, kayaking and trails. We were there off season so very quiet and no reservation needed. Dump and water on site. TV and cell service pretty good.

Overall Rating
What a gem of state park. Sites where spacious, beautiful, nicely spaced out, most with quite a bit of sun, but many that where also shady.
They have a great swimming beach with lifeguards. Facilities are clean and staff helpful and friendly.
