I stayed at an unserviced site. They were all really private, back in the woods a ways from the loop road. Not very full when I was there Oct 8 but still a surprising amount of people. Still quiet though. The washrooms seem to be new, and like elsewhere in Canada super clean and well maintained. The shower could have had more pressure.... more

Stop At The Information Booth As Soon As You Enter. We Stayed In South Kouchibouguac Site 299. Riding Trails Great. Laundry Was $2 Each And A Very Clean Area. Check In Isn’t Until 2:00 pm. Staff very friendly

“Mosquitos kept us from doing anything outdoors”

The park is large and beautiful, but the mosquitos were somehow immune to 40% deet repellant. Our site was well treed and buffered from neighbors & path that runs along the water behind it.
Shame we couldn’t enjoy the park even at midday.

This is a very large park administered by the national government as opposed to a Provincial Park. Here the roads and traiils are well maintained, sites are spacious and you have your choice of shaded or unshaded sites along with a string of services and accomodations. This is a very large park administered by the national government as opposed to a Provincial Park. Here the roads and traiils are well maintained, sites are spacious and you have your choice of shaded or unshaded sites along with a string of services and accomodations.
The personnel is helpful, there is privacy between sites, hiking trails, bike paths, wildlife to observe and saltwater beaches.
The above rate is the lowest for any serviced site and does not reflect the $!5.50 daily car permit cost. However, compaired to private Canadian parks, you get your moiney's worth.
