Dave, the entrance fee for the park is $20 minimum. The water and dump station are in the park.

Hi Dave, The water fill and dump station are located at the entrance to Malaquite Campground. You will pass Malaquite Campground on your way to South Beach.

We saw people filling with water at the dump stations but a sign says non-potable water. We didn't see any other water away from the dump stations.
