We were able to call for same day and get 2 evenings.
Very nice lots with full hook ups.
Some 6 month stays are there. But, mostly 55+ residents.

Nice little park with a pond, playground and walking path. The sites are paved, flat and clearly marked. We had two bars of 5G cell service for Verizon and TMobile. Big rig friendly.

Nice little lake with a number of sites backing to it. It is adjacent to US27 so there is some traffic noise. There is a boat ramp next to the park with access to Lake Okeechobee. Decent free wi-if. Didn’t use bathroom facilities so can’t comment on those.

Restrooms and showers are clean and the laundry was a plus. $11 per night per camper for tent camping. Only one table near the tent area. Grills are available along with a shared fire ring.

I wanted an out of the way location to spend spring break and this place was exactly that. This place is out in the middle of farm country. It's on the edge of a small town and 15 minutes away from a bigger town. Bigger meaning it had a Wal-Mart.
My campsite backed up to a small waterway with trees on the far side and beyond that was the highway. It would get very noisy at times with the big trucks passing by. I didn't mind it too much as I am used to city noises. If you are bothered by road noise, try to get a site numbered 1-23 or 141-158. All of those are on the far side of the campground, a good distance from the highway.
I didn't use the facilities, but I did go check them out. Everything looked very clean and orderly. The picnic benches at each site looked new. The power/water pedestal was clean and undamaged. The sewer connection was easily accessible. The concrete slab was wide enough for me to park my truck on the side of the RV and it was fairly level.
I made my reservation over the phone effortlessly and when I arrived, check in was very quick. I like that the sites are at a 45 degree angle to the driveway and not at 90 degrees. The right angles are harder for me as a new RV owner.
Lastly, if you have time, go check out some of the farms. I was able to get a tour of C & B farms from the owner. He even gave me a box of freshly picked green beans. I made several bags with about 2lbs in each and handed them out to the other campers.

There are sites that back to a busy road, but we had a more interior site and didn't have a problem with noise.
The Lake Okochobee Scenic Trail is right outside the campground entrance along with a boat ramp. It was nice to have a place to run/bike ride without driving anywhere. The other campers were very friendly and told us about activities, eg yoga that we could go to there.
Although Verizon was not the greatest(even with a booster), the campground actually had good wifi which was a pleasant surprise.

But to say that this is a quiet place is major understatement! You have the US27 road near by, lots of boats, crop dusting planes in the early morning spraying some kind of chemical in the air and the water. I’m telling you if you have respiratory issues here is not the place to stay !!! and a GOD AWEFUL smell like sewer or manure in the air, on the evening, and daily trains with blazing horn to surely wake you up at nights, in other words all day noises! And the sugar cane fields being burned constantly you have ashes in the air falling everywhere! If you have respiratory issues this place is not for you! For that reason I only gave it 2 stars. I really was looking forward to some peace and quiet but not here.
