The fee was $39. Last year it was $24. It would be half cost with senior or access pass. At least that's what the sign says. No hookups. There are water spigots through the campground, but not sure if it's ok to fill a water tank though. There is a dump station with two stations on the way out. We didn't use it though. The downside was the bathroom, no paper towels, hand blower doesn't work. Two sinks, only one works with difficulty. Urinal does not work. One toilet, toilet paper roll laying on the floor, with other litter. Bird nest in the structure over my picnic table, end of table covered with long-standing bird crap. Camp hostess very nice. For me, single old guy, I'll give it four stars. If my wife or kids were here, I would give it three because of the lack of cleanliness.

Booked three nights over the 4th of July weekend and loved it. Our campground hosts were great and very hard working all weekend long to make sure everybody had a nice experience. We stayed in a site at the back end of the campground, A52, which was a pull through site. Very easy to navigate the campground and the sites were spread out enough too not feel on top of each other. Bathrooms were very clean and the sites were all very well maintained. We had great cell coverage with AT&T. There is a small store at the Soldier Creek marina ran by a very nice patriotic family and we stopped in for some bait and coffee, this store is much calmer than the very busy store at the Strawberry Bay resort. This is an easy drive from Salt Lake City and we plan to come back again soon.

Stayed here over Father’s Day weekend after not finding any openings at Strawberry Reservoir. The campground was a little more crowded than I would have liked but thankfully our spot was out towards the South end of Loop A. The pull-through sites definitely offer more privacy than the back-in sites as you can use your rig to block out the two or three sites directly next to you and the door side will face away from the road.
Soldier Creek and Strawberry Reservoir are big boating and fishing destinations so you’ll find the nearby marina pretty full. Many of those staying at the campground will head out to the water for most of the day.
The reservation site mentions that there are no hookups but you’ll find potable water stations spread around the campground loops and restrooms are also available. There are no electrical hookups despite the $28 a night charge and power lines running right behind the campground, but it’s well kept and clean.
If you have a larger rig, you’ll definitely want to opt for the pull-thru sites as the back in ones are pretty small. Even our pull-thru site was just long enough with a 34’ bumper pull rig and a 20’ tow vehicle.
There is a dump station right outside Loop A with 4 lanes, but be ready to pony up $12. See my separate review on it for more details.

Easy walk down to the water, very quiet even during the weekend. It does get windy but I love wind. It didn't make the rig feel unstable because the wind was coming from the top of the hill so it would hit the front but not the side of the rig. The wind calmed down at night and in the morning. The bathrooms are very clean (no showers). The marina is just down the road if you are into boating, sup or kayaking. You also have to pay $10 for the dump station.
The sites are asphalt and mostly level. We had two picnic tables but no windbreak. Other sites had one picnic table with windbreak.

The camp hosts were very helpful and the place was clean. The campground is pretty far from most anything, but there is a store for basics (expensive), restaurant and fuel in Fruitland about 12 miles away. I would definitely stay here again, if I was in the area. Photos are on my blog - https://landcruisingadventure.blogspot.com/2018/08/forest-fires-soldier-creek-forest.html

I booked the week of, and it was Father's day weekend, so it was nice to find something available less than 2 hours away. It costs $23/night plus I had to pay a $10 online booking fee.
A lot of people were there to boat. The campsites are pretty close to one another, and my neighbors had their generators running a lot, and one of them played music on their external speakers well after 10pm.
Overall, not my favorite campground, but being available to book last minute was nice, it was relatively close, and it was a nice escape from the summer heat.
