No, it's free dispersed camping. There are maybe 3 or 4 decent places to set up. I've been there a few times, and I only got skunked once. It seems like most people just stay one night. Weekdays should be good for finding a spot. Don't go past the big rock outcropping on the left. There's a nice campsite on both sides of that, but beyond there... pretty much no place to turn around.

No - it's just dispersed camping, a couple of flat spots to park - no services of any kind. Chances are good no one will be there, but I'd scope out a backup nearby just in case.
