“Wonderful summer grassy spot”

Beautiful grassy quiet spot to camp. Pretty falls and pretty well maintained hiking trails. Pay showers looked clean but I didn’t use. Primitive camping. Town of Valentine sweet as well. I wish I brought a swim ring to float along the gorgeous river.

We stayed 1 night here back on 10/25/2016. We were the only people in the park. Site provided great view of Niabrara river right out our back window. In the morning, we were visited by a large flock of wild turkeys. Nice little walk up to the very scenic falls. No cell service for us at the time.

We walked to the beautiful falls twice in the evening and once in the morning. We camped pretty darn close to the niobrara river. Sites are... more
