We tent camped here, but were next to a Class C RV and we saw a Van Camper at the far end. I did not see hookups, but there is a water spigot near the sites. There are trash bins and vault toilets, no showers. It looks like someone is keeping the restrooms reasonably clean and there was toilet paper in the women's room. We did not use the men's room. All campers can see each other, so there's no real privacy, but this region is not crowded unless it's hunting season. This grassland area has very little shade in many of the campable areas, but this campground in particular has some mature tree coverage that also helps block the wind. The bug and animal noise is intense at night, but that's the only serious noise around here. Would recommend for boondockers with their own power sources and for tent campers.
We have 2 4G bars with Verizon at our site with some tree coverage. Enough juice to write this review from the campsite.

Fire wood was at my site. Nice fire one night but the coyotes seemed to be pretty close.
Has pit toilets and water available. Very quiet at night. Each nite car and van campers showed up.
The trail says it is 1 and a half miles around the lake but it doesn't go all the way around.

I arrived around 8:30 pm, and I had plenty of time to see the lake and set up my sleeping gear. I did not utilize the public bathrooms, so I cannot input on that. There was only a van, and a different couple at the campsite, so it was very private and quiet. Highly recommend! This was a great place to stop when I drove from Tennessee to California, perfectly in the middle of my 30 hour drive and only about 30 minutes off of I-40.

Paved all the way in. Good turn around spot at the end. Not too much tree coverage.
Dumpster and bathroom. No other hookups.
A couple of trails and Alittle fishing lake.
Only 2 other campers here. One looked very long term.

It is paved, has 2 sets of bathrooms, dumpsters, picnic tables, & fire pits. Some sites are not level. There is a trail that goes around the lake. I saw 2 marked camping/parking spots closeby, 1 on the right side of 47 about a mile west of 1750. The other on E950, turn left out of Skipout lake, right onto 950, about two tenths of a mile on the left. Cell service is very good, no drop offs , between 3 & 5 bars for straight talk. I heard Coyotes at night, but not too close. An Owl might be seen at dusk near the back end of the trail, & other wildlife inhabits the area.
