“Disappointing Place.”

Overall Rating

We stayed here a month. Pros: Nice office staff and clean, modern laundry.
Cons: Many sites are not functional, for example, no water at several sites. Deep, loose gravel to park on was unstable. The utilities are on the wrong side requiring extra sewer hoses. Many long term residents said the place is going downhill. The freeway noise was unbearable and the train noise was even worse.

Overall Rating

This park has a very new feel. Everything is fresh and clean. There is so much to do inside the park, you will want to stay as long as you can (in the winter). Pickle ball, heated swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, bocci ball, billiards, work out room and equipment.

Each site has citrus trees and in season there are oranges, grapefruit and lemons for the taking.

Friendly staff, spacious sites. The is a little road noise from I-10 and there is a train that runs about 1 mile away. Whistle is soft an unobtrusive.
