We have a 40’ rig, are we going to have a hard time getting there? What exit should we take off of I-84?

Campendium had this campsite listed so we checked it out and it didn’t disappoint. East to get to and free. It had hard stand bathrooms or great parking for an rv. Full bars on Verizon with LTE. Absolutely recommended.

We camped here in June 2021 with a 40’ Motorhome.
When we arrived there were some RVs (and tons of cows) in the field that appears to be open for dispersed camping. The ground seemed really bumpy and not level. So we opted to camp in one (of 2) of the actual sites along the River. It was very narrow getting the bus in there, and luckily no one else was around because we did a 20 point turn to get the bus turned around. We got some scrapes on the sides of the rig due to thorny branches. And we lost a chunk of our tire due to a sharp volcanic rock on the way out.
A BLM staffer came by and told us we had the largest RV he’d ever seen in the spot.
Despite the difficult access, this spot was amazing!! Super clean and new feeling. Beautiful patio, raised tent pad, nice shade cover (could even hang a hammock from it!).
There’s a vault toilet if you need it.
Easy river access for fishing or floating or letting the dogs play and swim.
We had good cell signal.
We made a day trip to Hailey to ride the bike path all the way into town:

We stayed here one night and saw a few others. The next day we rode our bikes around and found the best site which is to the left when you pull in to the camping area. There is a perfect spot next to the toilets. It has a picnic table and unbelievable views of the cliffs and river. The water is so clear you can just sit in it all day. Fishing would be great if you had gear. We could
Live here. Cell reception was excellent too.

We soon realized that it was too narrow for our RV and was putting some major scratches down the side; however, we couldn't turn around! So, learn from our rookie mistake and only park in the spaces that are very clearly big enough for your rig.

Convenient overnight stop. The road in is only slightly washbordy. Not enough room by the pit toilet for more than an RV and a couple tents. The cows are nice to hear in the morning, and the dog loved the river.

Camped here for one night before heading to Craters of the moon the next day. Follow the BLM signs and not your GPS! Went right off the main road and tent camped. Super beautiful, with cows roaming around and sage brush everywhere.

When you first come in there is straight, left, and right. Don't go left unless you want to get out to the main road and turn around. There's no good camping there.
Straight will take you to a field with big rigs and more atv and noise.
Right takes you to only two campsites. One, my god coordinates, could fit my tiny camper or a tent. On the satellite map anything past that is actually gated off. If you go further to the right you'll come to a dead end turn around camping area. Two campers and cars who are friends could fit here. If someone is already here though you can't turn around. Walk and check out the right two campsites before driving down!!!

We have a 28ft 5th wheel and we’re happy we scouted ahead before entering with our second car. You have the potential to get stuck if you go down the wrong path otherwise.
We noticed that if you were not a van or a truck camper you only had about 2-3 large sites to choose from. Spots can fill up so always scout ahead.
WATCH FOR TICKS. Our dog had 5! We think he contracted them near the stream when he rubbed up against the brush.
We have t-mobile. No issues with streaming or WiFi here.
There are public bathrooms near a couple campsites.
Strictly a dry camping site.
