“DUSTY”

Reviewed Nov 18, 2017

Overall Rating

It's an easy one mile drive off the highway on a very good dirt road. The problem is the dirt road has about 2 inches of fine fine dust. When a vehicle goes by the campsite everything is covered in this dust including your eyes mouth nose and even the dogs. We stayed a evening and I could not wait to leave.

“Perfect Quiet Overnight Spot”

Reviewed Apr 06, 2017

Overall Rating

We wanted to split up our trip between Valley of Fire State Park and Phoenix AZ and found this location from other reviews. It is an easy 1-mile drive down a well-maintained dirt road off of Highway 93 just outside of Wikieup AZ. BLM 14 day limit. Being so far away from the highway makes it very quiet. There are a couple of small lo... more

“Great camping spot with wild horses”

Overall Rating

Great little free camping spot.. Easy to find, and we had the place all to ourselves. Even got to see wild horses, and could hear donkeys at night.

“Quiet and solitude”

Reviewed Oct 17, 2016

Overall Rating

Stumbled onto this BLM site about 1/2 mile off Hwy 93 on Signal Road after a long day's drive from Wells, Nevada. Although sites weren't completely level, there was plenty of space for our 39' 5th wheel. We were alone except for a few braying burros around the site and some coyotes singing in the distance. Cell service was adequate.
