Overall Rating

Very well kept park not really for RVs, very large property nice pool but very few RV sites 99.9% stationary year round dwellers or snowbirds. Ok if you want to get to the beach.

Overall Rating

Paid $449 for the month of May, plus Electric
Pros: Clean; Spacious and level sites; Very friendly staff; Easy ingress and egress; Easy to find from Highway 41; Good WiFi at pool area; Good power pressure; Good laundry facility; Clean Pools; Biking paths; Free billiard room, Fitness Room, Library; Quiet.

Cons: Because we were here Off Season, access to the amenities was limited. They close up things before dusk; Water pressure at our site varied depending on the time of day. Communal Showers had either poor pressure or bad shower heads.

Note: This is an over 55 park that does not allow any pets other than indoor cats.
