Not the smoothest check-in for us; partly our fault. Made the reservation the morning of, didn’t realize arriving after 6pm meant no one around to meet us. We called a few times and eventually someone answered and did give instructions on where to set up. We were tent camping and did get confused on where to go; set up in the wrong area, it was right by the water and appeared tent friendly. We paid the next morning but a short while later an RV showed up stating we were in their spot so we immediately packed up. The office indicated where we should have been located, in the AA spots which are Not particularly tent friendly and not well marked. At any rate, it took three visits to the office to get checked in properly which was kind of a bummer. Yes it was partly our fault, just want to inform other campers of our experience here.

Playgrounds, rc car track, giant slip and slide, small lake stocked with fish, live band on Saturday night, and friendly staff. Set in a quaint town with a good Italian restaurant downtown. Located 5miles from a larger town with more to choose from and stores for restocking. RV repair shop located at entrance with plenty of gear in stock.

Seemed like an ordinary park next to the hwy at first, we were parked right behind the building. The next morning we took a walk, the place was huge, 3 maybe 4 play areas for kids, a lake, giant slip n slide thing, what I wouldn’t have given for that in my younger years. A bandstand, covered shelters, an obstacle course thing made of wood, built up off the ground. There was something set up that reminded me of axe throwing, this place has a lot going for it. The grass was all trimmed, very well taken care of, really surprised me how big it was, if we hadn’t taken that walk we wouldn’t have known about all they have to offer. Yes, the top section is near a cemetery, the hwy is not as close as some we’ve been to. No I’m not paid to do this, I just think many more people need to leave ratings for others. PA $14 stayed on June 3

We checked in around 11pm and the lovely gal met us up front and she showed me the way to our spot! She was very nice and helpful!
Easy hookup and great access off the freeway!
