We cut and pasted the coordinates into Google maps and it took us directly to the summit. There were two other rigs here when we arrived but there was plenty of space for all. It was so quiet at night!!! The sunrise was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This review is of the top of the bluff on the south side of I-80, overlooking the area. Easy drive on the opposite side of the highway from the welcome center. Use the gps coordinates in the description to find it, as there are no signs. Large, level gravel lot with beautiful views. Go back down to the rest area for bathrooms and potable water (no dump station). Quiet, gorgeous sunrise views.

Stopped here 9/29 and 10/1/2022. First entrance is for Trucks in isolated lot with sidewalk to Rest Area/Info Center building. Second entrance is for Cars/RVs. RVs can then take first left into RV parking alongside the travel lane (accommodates ~11 RVs) or proceed past the Rest Area building to second left for potable water fill and... more

You could only hear the Highway if you really tried to.
