So we stayed in a sight right by bath rooms and there was a water faucet there. So during the evening I hooked up all my water hoses and filled my campers fresh water tank.

There is water spigots at each Latrine. They are a no thread so you need a water bandit connection

There are spigots in the campground, but I don't think they are threaded. You might be able to jury rig something. We always fill before arriving.

Three Forks Campground just up the street near Hill City offered water fill ups and a dump station (for a fee) while we were there.
