This is now a Cove Community and are making many improvements. Great place for families! Lots of activities.

We were not expecting to enjoy our time here as much as we did. The management team hosted many events (bingo, pool party, chili cook off, cornhole tournament, church on Sunday, Super Bowl party potluck) all in the week we were there. We were not expecting to enjoy our time here as much as we did. The management team hosted many events (bingo, pool party, chili cook off, cornhole tournament, church on Sunday, Super Bowl party potluck) all in the week we were there. We had an opportunity to meet so many wonderful people who winter here and they are all so friendly!
Only negative I can give it is there are so many no seeums and I got eaten up. Couldn’t sit outside it was so bad.
Overall we give them a great review for their service, hospitality and location.

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful all the time. People staying there are friendly too. Lots of amenities and close to shopping, restaurants, stores, activities, and the beach. Activities at the campground almost everyday. We had a great time while we were there and would recommend them highly.

We visited this park in May, which was the tail end of the "snowbird" season, so we sort of had the park to ourselves. Our site was gravel and grass, fairy level with a cement patio. The pool was one of the best that we have seen at an RV park, it was comparable to a country club pool, just not snobby... Also, there is a Publix grocery... more
We visited this park in May, which was the tail end of the "snowbird" season, so we sort of had the park to ourselves. Our site was gravel and grass, fairy level with a cement patio. The pool was one of the best that we have seen at an RV park, it was comparable to a country club pool, just not snobby... Also, there is a Publix grocery and booze store around the corner and a Wally World about a mile down the road...the state park is also about 2 miles down the road which is a super cool place to visit. All in all we had a great experience during our visit and will be going back.

There is an older area of the park with small sites and roads that are difficult to navigate. Splurge on a premium site and you will be glad you did. There is an older area of the park with small sites and roads that are difficult to navigate. Splurge on a premium site and you will be glad you did. They have a great pool area with 2 heated pools, a hot tub, a bar, and a bandstand for pool parties. The clubhouse is large and hosts daily activities. There is a large laundry room adjacent to the pool. The staff and residents were all extremely friendly. The neighbors went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t already have reservations in Key West.

Booked premium site for Jan 2019 and was told none were available upon arrival. Was given probable worst site in park with substandard power, tree in way of slide, and broken concrete pad fit for a pop up camper. Was given probable worst site in park with substandard power, tree in way of slide, and broken concrete pad fit for a pop up camper. Stayed one night and tried to meet with manager but she could not be found. Left prior to checkout time was lucky to find alternate accommodations. Have contacted three separate people to get refund five separate times. No response. THEY HAVE STOLEN $1025.00 ON THE PREMISE IT WAS AN EARLY CHECKOUT! Do not stay here. They will cheat you.

Made reservation in June 2018 for upgraded site for the month of January 2019 with $350 deposit. Arrived on time only to be told no upgrade sites were available. Charged additional $675 (upgrade cost) and directed to worst site in the park. Site had substandard power, was suitable for a travel trailer, so small I could not get my slide... more

Charged additional $675 (upgrade cost) and directed to worst site in the park. Site had substandard power, was suitable for a travel trailer, so small I could not get my slides out, and were told there would be no other sites available for the month of January. Woke up the next morning only to find we had sunk into the sand 2”. Long story short we left the next morning before check out time after the manager would not even speak to us about moving. Have sent numerous emails to three different people with no response except to be blocked. THIS IS A SCAM. THEIR POLICY IS NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT NO MATTER THE REASON. BEWARE!!!!!
