So Apple Maps let me down again…for some reason it sent me the wrong way. If you follow Ballaine Blvd, you’ll see it. It has two water fills one before the dump and one after and two lanes. Smells pretty bad, but it’s a dump so…. All in all it was free and it worked so I like it.

Go early or go late but if around check out time expect a line. Worse when u get two rentals as they sometimes are quite slow.
Encourage and help if needed.
The water here is excellent be sure to fill every thing

This is the only dump station for a huge number of RVs that stay here. Two people can dump at once, but around check out the lines are very long and there are a lot of rental RV’s with inexperienced renters.
There are potholes, it feels and looks tired. They are not charging $5 anymore.

Lots of Rental RV’s here, lots of inexperienced campers… Watched a camper pull the dump valve BEFORE he hooked up the sewer hose, suspect it happens frequently here… Watch where you step…
