“Great campground, clean, nice lake for swimmimg.”

Reviewed Jul 05, 2018

Overall Rating

Very nice campground, well maintained. Showers, bathrooms clean. Spacious sites, with gravel. Park workers rake all the sites when leaving.
Lake is beautiful, nice beach area for swimming with playground. No hiking but great for kayaking or boating.
Water and electricity at site.

“Super!”

Beautiful park with super friendly hosts. We used our senior passes to get 50% off. Sites are spaced well with lots of trees so you have some privacy. We had a lakeside site where we shared a driveway with the camper next to us, took some backing skills because the driveway is narrow and long but got 'er done the 1st try. There are... more

“Large, wooded sites”

Reviewed May 12, 2018

Close to Nashville, this COE campground is small with some of the largest sites we have been to. You do need to back downhill to most sites. Some are right on the lake and need to reserve early for most sites. Clean Bathrooms. Last year we stayed at Poole Knobs also COEand very nice on the same lake. Mosquitoes were out. 90 degrees M... more

Campground is in a beautiful area, close to Nashville, with easy access, but a world away. The views of the lake was fantastic. Each site had enough distance or trees to maintain some privacy. Our site was OK for us at 26', but would have been a problem backing in and leveling anything much longer as there is a dip entering t... more

“One of our favorites....”

Reviewed Dec 17, 2017

Overall Rating

We absolutely loved our stay at this campground. Our particular campsite (#1) was enormous, heavily treed, and entirely private, but all of them are spacious with dense foliage giving guests a sense of privacy. There are also a number of campsites that back up right to the water, though there was wide variation between these sites - so... more

“Inexpensive lakeside camping close to Nashville”

Reviewed Aug 05, 2017

Overall Rating

Some of the private campgrounds nearby quoted us well over $100/night for our family of 6, so we were very happy to find spacious W/E sites for $22 at Seven Points. This was our first COE campground, and we were very impressed. Our site was a little tricky to get into with our big trailer because of the trees and some inconveniently pl... more

“Do your darndest to get a lakeside spot here!”

Reviewed Jun 05, 2017

Overall Rating

The lakeside spots here were amazing. Enormous, beautiful, tons of space between neighbors. We booked this campsite at the last minute the week after Memorial Day, so of course, there was barely a spot to be had. We were able to get a smaller wooded spot close to the bathrooms and it was fine, but man, the lakeside spot envy was fierce... more

We had reservations and it was a good thing as the park filled up. If it had been possible we would have spent more time there. Most of the sites were nice and would accommodate any size RV, we had tried to get a lake side site, yet even reserving early they are the first to go. When we got there we expected electric only, yet to ou... more

“Wide open campground on a lake”

Reviewed Apr 30, 2017

Overall Rating

Price reflects Access Pass pricing. Campground is on a hill, so getting into a site may require backing up or down a narrow paved area. Many sites have small stone walls at the entryway and not a huge amount of wiggle room. Watched several people take more than a few shots at getting parked properly. Take your time and be patient with... more

Despite visiting the campground while it was under a flood warning, we still had a positive experience. Due to the amount of rain, everything was soaking wet or under water, but the sites themselves were really well thought out and spaced.
