Such a beautiful area on the water. There are amazing sites if you walk out from the cg to the water. We had site 4 which is level, gravel but so very tight the slides where almost touching. Noise level was very bad with our partying neighbors up late with kids going crazy. Had great cell service. This cg is for sale and I hope she finds a buyer because it's a great location and could use the cafe open. Note: new buyer should space out the sites more; it's horrible. We were backed up to a good flowing creek which is always a good thing but everyone walks right through your site. We walked the impressive little historic village, watched the great little hometown parade, and generally enjoyed the area.

We stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend and it was busy and everybody had a great time. At the time we were here the campground was for sale and there were limited services. The park itself is just a gravel lot with logs between sites. It sits at the end of the road so lots of turn around traffic around your rig. Having said that, you are surrounded by an amazing place.

We were looking for a place that would be convenient to visit the town of Hope. We're self-contained in our 25 foot MH and don's use the facilities. We stayed on a Thursday in late August. This CG is at the end of the road on Main Street with views of Turnagain Arm and the Chugach Mountains. It's a dirt parking lot with logs separating the sites. Sites are primitive (no hookups) or electric only. Some are pull through while others are back in. They're mostly level. The sites are in full sun with no trees for shade or privacy. There are portable toilets on site and trash cans. There's no water or dump. There's good ATT and Verizon cell service. Although the spaces are a bit tight, we enjoyed the location, vibe and views.

If you like to fish, you will want to stay here. The river beside the RV park is the place to be all day. At night, the bar comes to life, with a packed house including live music many nights of the week.
I give a lot of 3-stars as the RV park itself is not much to speak of, but all that goes away when you get to camp with THAT view!
