Stayed the night here. It was very busy with random people walking through and just staring at our truck and travel trailer. Very dirty bathrooms and the worst toilet paper. Welcome to the city!

“7-2022 Open & With Dump and Fresh Water”

SeaTac Rest Area Northbound. 7-2022 Stopped by to dump my tanks before dropping my RV off for service. 2 of the 3 dump sites were open. There is fresh water as well once you pull past the dump area.

Rest area is open and clean. They patrol it and you have only 8 hrs you can be there. Rv spots are in back and there is only about 11 or 12 so they get totally fun. I have a small truck/camper so I just snuck in behind a motorhome but if you have a big rig might be hard if it’s late at night. I arrived at midnight and it was full

As of April 15, 2022 this rest stop, and it’s associated dumpsite, are closed. Apparently, this site is riddled by misuse, vandalism and nonfunctional RVs, I don’t blame the state for closing it.

Seems to close intermittently. It looked as if someone had an “accident” and tried to wash it down but otherwise is a good place to stop.

Closed. Washington State has closed most of the rest areas on I-5. The reasons center on vandalism by squatters and non - driveable derelict RV’s. Don’t count on any rest areas in WA for the foreseeable future.

Nice multi lane dump station.
A unique thing about this rest stop is that the RV parking is separate from the truck and car parking, but there were only about 10 spaces.

There’s about 10 or so RV spots and truckers have their own lot. No issues while staying, pretty well lit. Like most spots in Washington, pretty sure half the people there live there, but no bother during my stays. Clean bathrooms and saw someone onsite both days picking up trash and cleaning. Wish people would use the trash cans 20 feet away rather than throw their trash in the lot.

Very disappointed in myself online it says they're open but they're closed and and I called them they can't even tell me when it's going to open. Bad communication bad advertisement bad planning wasting my time and fuel very frustrated.
