Make your reservation early and pay the little bit extra for a premium site. We had an unobstructed view of the pacific!
Welcoming and safe. Great hookups and easily accessed (site personnel walked us to our site and helped us park).
It says on the website that all sites have an ocean view which I would dispute.

Although I could find nothing on their website or on the confirmation terms, my online reservation was cancelled as “management does not accept small tear drop trailers”. Not even fully self contained ones. No reason given other than “does not fit with our clientele”.

At first I was so excited about this campground... we arrived and were stoked on location and how small it was. We unpacked our Sprinter van and set up our camp and were very comfortable. We had lunch and took the pups for a long run on the beach. So happy... then as I didn’t want pups to get cold, I rinsed them before sunset and hooked them to their leads off the van... my husband and I walked away 100 yards to watch the sunset and that started a snowball of critiques from the camp host... we weren’t allowed to have the towel that I dried the dogs off with hanging from our mirror. We couldn’t have the dog beds out for our dogs, or the carpet that the dog beds go on, we could have our yeti cooler out or the yeti dog bowls. She told me that this wasn’t a campground it was a resort... I had to bite my tongue to not lose it. Her camp was right across the way... had a ton of lose articles everywhere... I packed up everything and left my dogs lying on the cement. It was so annoying that I still have the worst taste in mouth... oh and they lock the bathrooms at 11pm... because they are in the club house... totally unacceptable. They should just be a motorcoach park because that is all they want there. Very disappointed as we have 300k in our van and set up so we shouldn’t feel inferior or treated that way. The list of rules here was crazy, almost cult like. People would just bring their wet dogs and put them in their motorcoach, seems gross to me. We won’t be back that’s for sure. I had read the same review on another site but because on here the reviews were so high that we tried it... big mistake.

We were there during a storm, so it was a bit scary and exciting to be right on the water hearing the waves roar! It is a small park, but being right on the water makes it so special. Concrete pads, full hookups, lovely and well maintained grounds.

The RV resort has all of the amenities such as full hookups, WiFi and cable TV. The WiFi worked most of the time. It was slow during the evening when it is heavily used. Also, the signal strength seems to vary depending on how many RV's are between your site and one of the resort's WiFi antennas.
There is no cell service in this area. However, if you have Verizon you may be able to connect to a Verizon Network Extender in one of the neighboring homes. A Verizon Network Extender is a mini cell site that connects to home's broadband connection. It provides open access for anyone with a Verizon account. I know this because I have a Network Extender in my home. For a few days we had a strong 4G signal while connected to the Extender using our cell signal booster. But after a few days the signal disappeared. Maybe the residents left the home and turned off the Extender??
We stayed in site 7 and site 9. Site 9 was level, but we had to use levelers at site 7. This was surprising considering that the parking pads are concrete.
The power/water pedestals are positioned for motorhomes. If you are in a 5th wheel or travel trailer you may have problems reaching the pedestal. We used the full length of our 30 foot 30 amp power cord to reach the pedestal. Luckily, I had a 50 foot water hose. The sewer connections were closer.
Our Electrical Management System (EMS) showed an open ground in the 30 amp pedestal connection at site 7. Fortunately, there are two electrical connections on each pedestal so we were able to connect to the second 30 amp connection. I reported the problem to the management but it had not been fixed when we departed.
Overall, Sea Perch is a great place to stay!

You are a just a few steps from the beach and some of the most amazing sites on the Oregon coast. The town of Yachats was our favorite (along with Cannon Beach) and Luna’s Fish House is a must. I am not a huge fan of fish but my wife really wanted to go. Tuna sandwich was perfect. We visited Devils Churn, Thors Well, and Heceta Head Lighthouse. Devils Churn was our favorite. The WiFi at this location was great. ATT service is not available at the park but once you get into Yachats, it works just fine. If you get a chance to stay here, be sure to visit their guest lounge. It is incredibly nice. Also, the laundry area is nice and very clean.

Being by the ocean is great, except for the wind.
It is conveniently located between Yachats and Florence. Plenty of things to explore around.
And the sunsets are gorgeous.
WiFi is a bit spotty at times. But it works well when you are in the clubhouse.
I'm looking forward to stay there again.

Sea Perch RV near Yachats, Oregon is a exceptionally well kept RV park with a host of amenities. We didn't stay in an oceanfront site but we were two spots away, backing up to the expansive lawn which was great for playing frisbee and horseshoes.
The clubhouse has an exercise facility with elliptical, treadmill, bike, weight machine and free weights. They have a pool table, foosball and lounge area that is great for families.
The park sits in between Yachts, close to Cape Perpetua then to the south is Heceta Head lighthouse and Florence.
This was one of our favorite RV park stays yet. Can't wait to go back!
The only downside for some is lack of cell service but we had excellent wi-fi and they provide a free phone with nationwide calling for those who need it.

We received the nastiest call from the owner as well as a charge. We received cancellations from Wyeth State Campground and Bullard Beach State Park due to the pandemic. We were unable to camp in the Columbia River Gorge area as it was not open to for overnight camping. States between N.C. and Oregon still have 14 day quarantine requirements up until 5/27 (Colorado) so we were unable to come. She screamed at us and said we were lying and none of that was true. ???????? It seems most people and businesses have really stepped up during troubled times This is not that kind of person. I have no idea how we were supposed to hop our fifth wheel from N.C. to the coast or Oregon or what sane person would see that as reasonable. True character (or lack of) really comes out in hard times. We will be taking action.
