This is a very nice dump station when open. Been closed for a week because of bad water. They are testing the water daily. I asked a ranger if it could possibly be open tomorrow (6/11/24). He laughed. Call first. The nearby NFS dump stations are also closed. I stopped by the mountain resort, RV/hotel in town. They have f... more

The nearby NFS dump stations are also closed.
I stopped by the mountain resort, RV/hotel in town. They have full hook up RV sites and said I could dump there for $10.

This is a newly remodeled dump station with 4 lanes for an $8 fee with easy access. Trash drop off and potable water available. Very, very nice. Enjoy the view while you are there!

Per the National Forest Service the Stanely RV Dump station will be closed on July 20, 2022 for the season to allow for expansion work. It will be expanding from a single dump to 4 dumps.
They request you use the Redfish Dump Station during the construction.

This has got to be the most beautiful dump station in the USA. Enjoy it. It’s only a mile or so from the Redfish Lake campgrounds and from Stanley town.

Dump station with an awesome view of the Sawtooth Mountains. Easy access, but can get a bit busy during season. No worries! Just enjoy the view. ;)
$5 fee.
Single lane/dump. Potable water available.
