This guy was a LOONEY!!!! He was beyond crazy and needless to say we left and we did NOT stay the night. It was worth losing the money to leave the really dirty location. Trash everywhere. Right off the highway and nothing to see or do. The restaurant is not a restaurant. The owner judged me from the moment I walked in and gave me a dirty look and said he's been married 4 times and once to a stripper. He said maybe he should "turn gay." As he was checking me in told me to watch out at night for my 9 and 12 year old to go to the bathroom alone. He said he would not give a AAA discount and called it a "covid tax." We contacted AAA regarding the false information since he had a AAA sign on his wall and said it was 100% not okay. He would not wait on me and give us our spot unless I touched a large gold coin from his desk. He would not sell me a can opener in the general store telling me I would "hurt myself" on it. I tried to laugh and play it off, but RAN as fast as I could out of that awful place. My suggestion is if you need to stay somewhere nearby for the night, there's a KOA that is perfectly nice and welcoming and the same rate. I would not stay at this place if my life depended on it.

Strong wifi. Bathrooms ok. Several available. Skipped BBQ. Would request row facing field if looking for quiet. Tightly spaced. Manager’s got a funny bone but not wearing a mask was off putting for sure.

Great stop over on our travels to Arizona from Minnesota. We were winterized so only used the electricity. The front desk person was very friendly & enthusiastic. At the time of registration I purchased a key ring to add to my collection, but If you read all the campground rules on the backside of the camp map, you can get a 10% discount on one item at the gift shop. Really nice clean restrooms with showers.

We just spent 1 night here as we traveled from Colorado to Tennessee. It was great for a stop over, but there isn't much to do around there if you are staying for a long time. The manager was a dry, but he was accommodating and nice enough. We had a W&E only site and they have a dump conveniently on site we used before heading out. There were many sites on the grounds. We had an easy pull through site that was pretty level. Gravel roads throughout but wide and maintained. It was cheap and it worked great for a stopover and for that reason, we'd stay again.

So in a pinch I would stay here again as there are not many options. Chris who I assume is the manager was pretty aggressive and opinionated. It is election time and he made his views very clear on which side he supported. Once I got past that, we pulled into our site and were greeted by 3 beautiful kittens. I fed them some tuna and milk and walked back into the store to see if any cat food was available. This did not go over well with Chris the manager who told me to not fed the cats and that he was going to trap them all and put them behind the red barn on the property so the owls there could eat them. I begged him to not do such a thing and he said “well I can’t have them just getting into peoples rigs!” I left the office pretty sad and when I told my husband he tried to assure me if that was the intention it would have been done already. I hope this is true and Chris does not harm those beautiful creatures. So in short if you can avoid Chris (maybe come after hours) the park was clean and laundry on site was nice. They do have a restaurant and we had ribs delivered to our rig. I thought they were just okay, husband thought they were pretty good.

A few hours prior to arrival we called to confirm availability and we were told they had plenty of empty sites with 30 amp service and water (no sewer). No problem for us. We arrived a bit before 8pm and were greeted with a lot of large signage indicating to stop and complete after hours check in. Easy enough. The front of the park was fairly full, but out back there were a lot of empty back in and pull through sites. We picked a pull through at the far back in a dark and quiet corner. The owner did drive by when we were setting up and asked if we’d checked in, and all was good. Its a clean and quiet park. The park WiFi didn’t work at our site in the back corner, but our AT&T hotspot picked up a lightning fast data connection. I’m sure we will be stopping here whenever we need a good night sleep in this area.

Yes, restaurant stops taking orders at 6pm and food is delivered to your site shortly after that. I would not call this a destination campground but it’s perfect for us as an overnight stop.

Stopped overnight on our way through. Checked in at 5:44 PM as I happened to look at my phone. The guy checking us in, Chris, not sure if he's the owner or manager but he's an ass. He went lengths to tell me about his new employee and about the restaurant that serves the campground. He told me all about the menu and specials and that they only take cash for dinner. What he didn't say a word about was the restaurant closing at 6:00 PM. We got to our spot and set up. Decided what we wanted to order and called. All we got was a recording. We then noticed on the menu that the restaurant stops taking orders at 6:00 PM. It was 6:07 PM when we called. I walked up to the office just as Chris was leaving. I asked if it was too late to order and was told it was. I told Chris it would have been nice if he'd told me about the closing time when we checked in. He told me that I was told. When I told him he hadn't said a word about the closing time, he just shrugged and walked away..... Nice. Went back our site and started fixing dinner then noticed the new employee delivering food to a site next to ours....
The spots are gravel and level, nothing special. Our site was a full hook up with a 50 amp service.
There's several diesel sources right down the road. If were you I'd avoid Chris, fill up down the road and keep going.

Horrible place. Everything said about the owner/manager is true. He is a lying, rude guy. Pulled into this place after hours at about 6:15 pm and tried to find the spot he had recommended earlier on the phone. He chased us down saying we were trespassing because we didn’t stop at the office first. He called me a thief and I lost it. I’ve never stolen anything in my life. We decided right away to go somewhere else and he parked his golf cart right in front of our rig and wouldn’t let us out.
Besides his absolutely disgusting personality, the place is nasty. The spaces are super small...nothing big enough for a large rig...and even if there was, it’s a really skanky place. No thanks. Avoid at all costs. The guy at the Loma Linda RV Park was much nicer.

the guy in front is terrible, he don't care ABOUT ANYBODY. a lady came in to ask where the laundry mat was and he ignored her to the point she walked out. the internet is the worst i have ever seen. couldn't get on anything and the cable for the tv. most channels were all fuzzy and no sound. all i wanted to do this morning was watch the news and i couldn't. he said he was giving me a discount for using 30 amp. instead of the 50 amp. and my good SAM discount. i still paid 38.50 for one nite. no grass or anything for your dog to do his business, all sand and rock. the guy running the place wanted to know if my dog was spade or nurtured, WHaT COLOR SHE WAS AND A BUNCH OF OTHER CRAP. ???? why is that his business. told me cats were not allowed but it says nothing about that in the rules for the park. i think thats why there was only about 10 rv's there when we got there and i talked to other guest and they said the same thing. there's an rv park just down the road that is alot by far better. the guy in the front tried telling me about the upstairs at the check in office that it was haunted, he had a kid up there moving furniture around to try and make me believe him. i mean the whole thing is just stupid and the rv park is the worst so far in m travels. STAY AWAY FROM SANTA ROSA RV PARK.
