A reviewer stated Passport America discount was not honored. Will you please elaborate, if possible?

On their website, they state, "PA is valid for seven nights max per year. PA is not valid Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. PA is not valid Friday and Saturday. PA is not valid during holidays."

They said they do not offer passport America during their peak season (summer). Full rate only.
