Don’t believe so. Didn’t see anything online about requiring one and a stayed there for two days. Granted, it was in the off season but a Park Ranger drove through without asking for one so as long as you aren’t in one of the “pay-sites” with full hook-ups for larger RVs, I think you’re good.
