We didn’t see a single soul during our 1 night stay. Land was recently maintained. I attribute the empty park to how rural the area is. Quiet, fairly well maintained and worth the price to have a safe quiet place to stay. We had considered boondocking but it was 90° and we wanted to run the AC.
