Walmart's parking lot looks go to me now. At least the spaces wouldn't be as close together.

We stayed in a premium site which was nice.
My kids loved the playground and the recreation room, where they offered free and payed activities.
You can also rent bikes, kayak, play paintball (just shot a few shots against some barrels), archery.
My son did archery there. The person who managed the place was amazing. She even had some archery thing for little kids
The WiFi is the worst part! They have a free wifi but it’s not reliable. Please don’t try to work from here
We have TMobile and Verizon. Both worked really bad. Sometimes we had one bar and sometimes 4 bars. Nevertheless, the signal was always bad
There are two swimming pools that didn’t looked very clean

This was our first time using our camper and our dog was not a fan of the train which made for a tough night of sleep. Not the campground’s fault by any means, but beware if you’re a light sleeper or dealing with anxious pets.

The campground had a lot to do, but some things were shut down with covid restrictions. We stayed on a back-in full-hookup site. Make sure you have extensions for your cables, as the power box and sewage is located at the front end of the site. The site came with a pressed-concrete patio, and a table with umbrella and four chairs as well as a double seater rocking chair and a fire pit with a cooking grate. The patio and equipment were well used during our stay, and were in good condition.
There is a train track that runs close by the property, so trains can be heard sometimes throughout the day and night.
The daily on-site trash pickup was very nice. The sites themselves were rather small, but quite level, so setting up the camper was cake. This means a lot of people in a small area, so it's a noisy place when the bustle of camping fun gets going throughout the campgrounds The dog park was a nice bonus for our black lab and siberian husky to run around for awhile and get their exercise. Two separate play areas, so people could socialize their dogs or let them roam in their own smaller area for skittish dogs. The store has bare essentials, and also a small restaurant.

Ours had a raised wooden patio, which looked nice, but meant we couldn't open our motorhome's cargo bay doors because they'd hit the patio. The campground had lots of amenities (pools, sports, etc.) which we didn't use. There's a pretty noisy train that comes through fairly often, but didn't bother us while we were inside our rig. The campground was mostly deserted during our visit just before Labor Day. One part of the campground near the bay was under water, but it was far from our site. Since the campground is very large, we had plenty of places to walk our dog. Both AT&T and Verizon worked well. For an overnight stop, it was perfectly fine.

The only place they allowed dogs is the swampy area along the back road near the dumpsters. There are no deluxe patio sites but our full hook up no frills site was priced like a deluxe site. I realize this park is very close to Cedar Point amusement park bit don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting a good quality KOA experience here. It’s over priced for the lack luster amenities.
