24h Laundromat, lovely sorroundings with a little pond and goldfish and a museum about agriculture nearby, restrooms and a nice area to hang out. Showers are okay, could be better

Don’t come during a busy time, camp sites are. Wet close together and your picnic table is right beside your neighbours utilities and sewer. There were only a few other units here and the park areas are decent. The washroom is decent but not great. Sites are paved with dirt aprons, some are grass
Cell phone data connectivity was very slow for us.
Also you could hear loud vehicles from town and from the freeway.

There are 2 washer and dryers on the property the we used during our stay. If more people were at the park they would need more machines.
I was getting 4-5 bars of Verizon with booster maybe 3 without. The park is quiet and clean with plenty of shade from the trees that also cut down on the wind. There are some hiking/biking trails nearby, but the scenery is what you would expect from the area with dry dusty trails.
If I pass back through this area, I'll stay here again.

This is the kind of park we like. Well kept up. Very few other visitors. Quiet. Not just a parking lot. Space in and out of the park to walk the dog. I'm sure that being off season was a big factor, but that is partly why we travel in the off season. While this is not a destination for us, we will certainly stay at this park again when our travels bring us down 101. In fact, we will likely plan our stops to hit this park since it seems a lot better than the ones to the north and south.
If you do stop here, take a little time to see the museums in the park. Definitely worth a couple of hours.

Plenty of space to walk dogs both within and adjacent to the park; lots of grassy playground to explore. Cell service is pretty good. Although there's room for up to 100 RVs here, we were one of only about four on this Monday night, so it's quite quiet. Even with Highway 101 relatively close, traffic sounds didn't penetrate.
In the evening, there were some shady-looking characters in the day use area, but walking the dog in the early morning, we didn't see anyone but a few tent campers and fellow RVers. Sites are close together and very little privacy between them.
