The San Juan Creek is a dispersed, boondocking area on the western slopes of Nevada’s southern Toiyabe Mountain Range. It sits in a riparian canyon at the end of long, dirt, rocky, and bouncy roads. There were probably 3 large campsites in this area. No tables, but rock fire rings. It’s suitable for tents, not for trailers. ATVers would probably have a good time here on the rocky dirt roads going up into the mountains. No fees. No restrooms. Nearest amenities are many miles (30?) away.
