We had a great time watching nearby fishermen haul in fish after fish. Mid week the park was quiet. Our Aliner did roll a little on our pad due to some slant. Lots of nice paved roads in the park. Drive by a kids playground.

This is a back-in site that slopes significantly to the rear (lake side) though. I needed to lower the front of my 34’ fifth wheel trailer 16” to level it; L/R leveling was reasonable needing 1/2” on the right side. The grassy area around the site would be great for outdoor games and the water access would be great to fish from shore, boat access to the site, or swimming. The staff were very congenial and the dump station is conveniently located on the right side just before exiting the campground. Verizon 4G was 4-bars with 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload speeds. I paid $13/night with my Interagency Senior Pass. Too bad that it was rainy most of the weekend and we didn’t have nicer weather.

There is no concrete path from the parking area of the bathroom to the bathroom. There is a very nice swimming area and the lake water is clear. The boat ramp is very busy. And we prefer a smaller more private campground. Site number 19 was very unlevel and hard for us to get the Aliner leveled. Sites themselves are full of rocks and it’s hard to find a place to put your chair down.

Two of the showerhouse / bathrooms are the newer style, other is older with restrooms only. We arrive the Wednesday after Memorial Day - campground was 90% empty. Shower/restrooms were full of mosquitoes!!
100 sites with only 1 older style dumpstation. Playground and pavillion with grills located in middle of campground.
All sites have 30 amp and water. See map attached.
Boat ramp with extra parking. At several sites you can pull your boat up to campsite on bank - no docks on this lake!
We preferred Mill Creek campground. It was cleaner and host were FANTASTIC!!

The park is very clean. All the sites are lakefront. The camping loop has a brand new bathhouse. The only negative is old unlevel pads.
