Everytime we have been there, website says due to drought, no water, but showers were on and fillup spigots worked as well

They did when I was there...

I did not use the restrooms there, but I did use the showers. They are coin operated (.50 for 2 minutes) and in January (when it's cold outside) it took almost 2 whole minutes to actually have hot water come through the showerhead. But once the water turned hot, I had a nice hot shower for 6 additional minutes. 😁
