It's marked "non-potable", so technically no. That said, in a pinch I'll fill my tank with it, using a filter and always sanitize the outlet threads first. The water comes from the same piping as potable, but it's marked non-potable for liability reasons. Preferably your potable water connection is away from the dump area to prevent cross contamination. This is why all, or most water sources next to the dump connection are marked non-potable. Hope that helps.
