We came here expecting to stay 2 nights. Signed up for another night. Haha. $26 nightly. Can’t beat it. We stayed in the lower lot by the rv office which is closer to the restrooms and laundry. Office was closed. We just found a spot and filled out an envelope. Full hookups you can only flush gray at your site. Dump station for black. ... more

We paid $26/ night for the lower lot with full hook-ups. Clean showers and restrooms, quiet lot. Casino was lively at night and really fun. On-site laundry too.

Amazing experience here at cactus Pete’s, there’s an rv hookup park here that’s $24 a night with full hookups, or if you don’t need hookups there’s a big lot right in front of the park that’s for overnight rvs or vanlifers. No one at the office, and water at the sites were turned off, which I totally get because cold. They did have a spigot to fill your water tank. Only 3 stars because ppl head off to the Casino and leave their dogs out. Non stop barking. If you want peace and quiet skip this campground, good thing it's cheap.

Lots of mosquitos as the sun goes down. Only the lower lot has facilities. Sites on the outer rim require several levelling blocks but nothing we couldn’t handle. Lots of nice grassy areas around all the sites. Despite being closer to the highway, it was remarkably quiet.

Some barking dogs from the trailer park next door. No big deal.

I'm curious about how many campers actually use the casino. The only reason that we went into Cactus Pete's Casino was to give someone our registration envelope with our $20 fee. There wasn't any drop box that we could find. We also didn't see a camp host or anyone else in an official capacity until the next morning when they seem to drive around to see if occupied spaces have paid. I'm not sure really how they monitor who has paid.
We didn't use the water and sewer hookups as it froze during the night. We had also had a back-in spot along the fence.
There is also a dump site as well.
This is a good value for a full hook-up RV park. The only noise I heard was somebody racing down the side street once next to the RV Park. Quiet. No TV reception.

The casino is nice and had a good energy.
