Yes and no. I went there on a reconnaissance trip in the Summer. There were a few older motor homes there. The road in while passable is very bumpy. You need to drive slowly which makes the distance to the campground seem longer. In the Winter it snows at that altitude probably making the road impassable. At the time I was there there a couple of piles of tree branches presumably left over from logging (which is not visible from the campground). If they are still there, they would be a free source of modest-sized firewood if cut to length.
