Is Sacramento Pass Recreation Area suitable for equestrian use?

Answer question

Yes, there are three sites up a dirt road from the main campground. It has it's own vault toilets and a corral. I think it's prettier and quieter than the main campground.

Yep, I would say so. I'm not a 'Horsie' person but there is a coral at the top of the hill, following the road up the hill... Here are some pics for the top area... https://goo.gl/photos/KpK7UmVfqByRBUtn8 Hope that helps..

In addition, there are places to camp and an outhouse. There is also a four mile riding-hiking trail that takes off from the east end of the area.

Yes it is. There is a horse corral at the upper part of the campground.
