We got here on a Monday, thinking to stay through July 4, also a Monday, which would have been 8 days. It's a seven day limit, though I don't think anyone was checking. A guy cleaned the vault toilets once a day. You have to drive through the very busy fishing access to get to the camping, so I'd say the upper campsites would get some ... more

Camped right by the river with the sound of it running by drowning out any highway noise.

Clean site with picnic table and fire ring.

“Great spot along the Blackfoot River”

This is is a great spot along the banks of the Blackfoot River. Despite being quite close to Highway 200, and even being able to see traffic pass by, there wasn't much highway noise. It seems like a popular spot for both camping and day use fishing. Even so, we arrived at 6 pm on Friday and found several spots still available. ... more
