(Dates Stayed: August 11-14, 2021) [Note our dates stayed, overlooked this on Campendium due to spelling error.} We would have thought that in the last 3yrs since we stayed, that this CG would have had better reviews; guess not. We were originally assigned Site #16, a pull-through, on the little hill. In order to get to that site we would have to negotiate a hair-pin turn to line our utility side up with the camp's, which would mean a lot of jockeying, not to mention trying to level. Then our door/awning would have been out into the drive (Bridge Rd), no room for table, chairs etc, plus no view of the lake unless we drove in opposite and ran utilities under the trailer! We complained & they moved us to Site #2. Then there was the electrical. The entire CG was under-powered so breakers kept popping. We were ok with solar & lithiums, but the Victron's didn't like the wonky circuits nor did my surge protector! To be fair the owner was having contractors on site to install a lot more (100-500amp) circuits and was having fun with the local Utility Company. However, the place apparently hasn't inproved as far as the trashy sites and other issues. I guess they put more effort into the cabin than the sites. The location is really nice so there may be hope still but after 3yrs its doubtful. As the sign says, it's a fish camp, not a resort.

It is right on lake but camp was not like pictures. Needed a good cleanup. We were right next to office with a tent on other side. It just looked junky to me. We only stayed the night and did not use bathrooms. Access to our site was fine but ground very uneven. Used blocks but needed more. The big 5th wheels that came in had a toug... more

We only stayed the night and did not use bathrooms. Access to our site was fine but ground very uneven. Used blocks but needed more. The big 5th wheels that came in had a tough time getting in their spot. I would not stay here again.

We had a reservation for one night.
Didn’t stay. Just a mess. Mud holes,
sites were “unsitely”. We couldn’t even back into our assigned site. Uneven and no maneuvering space.
Website pictures are extremely deceiving. Lots of “unsitely” permanent sites.
On a good note the manager/owner gave us a refund.

Only thing to say is “do not go there” I am giving everything one star only because I can not give it a negative star. Just not a good experience. Stay away. We did not stay so I can not review the cell service or noise.
