I don’t recall great cell or tv antenna service. Also, get groceries in the town before you get to Ruby’s, the one at Ruby’s is small and expensive.

Depends on your site, we set up our antenna where we had clearance from the trees. If you have a roof mounted antenna and you're not in the new deluxe section, you'll like have trees interfering with the antenna.
