Rolling Hills RV Park

At one point, Rolling Hills was cared for and offered gentle slopes with lakes and many amenities. Now, it’s completely run down. The “RV Park” portion is filled with full-time, sun-bleached campers. While convenient to I-65 and several RV dealerships, it’s best to skip on by.

The rv park is part of the larger Rolling Hills Conference Center, owned by Calera AL. It's a beautiful property with rolling hills, ponds, and hardwood trees. Sites are big rig friendly and follow the contours of the land, so site size varies a bit. Very easy on/off access to I-65. The majority of the campers are long term folks who work in the area. At this time about 8 sites are dedicated to folks passing through, but the city is in the process of adding 10 sites. The bathrooms are clean but dated. The three ponds are stocked with a variety of fish and no license is needed for campers. Laundry facilities on site. Beautiful place to walk. Super Wal-Mart, Publix, and all kinds of fast food are within 2 miles, as are several large rv dealers. There is some interstate noise. Some of the concrete patios are cracked and the office hasnt seen a coat of paint in years. The office manager was pleasant to work with.
