It’s easy to find from the main road but be aware the initial road from there is rough until you get near the campground. I arrive after dark and may update this review once I leave

“Rough Road, Limited Spots”

We arrived a little past sunset and were able to find a spot at the rear of the right side road. We had 2 tents and had to clear some rocks and broken glass to make a compatible spot for set up. The camping area is very close to the highway, so expect lots of highway sounds.

Passed through looking for a spot. Road was rough. Barely passable with a large 5th wheel.
Spots are almost all pretty sloped. It was crowded and looked like a lot of the folks had been there for a lot longer than 2 weeks...

Bumpy dirty road up the hill to get to camp spot. There is probably a spot for 4-6 people to the left and more up the hill to the right. We stayed to the left towing our 30 ft TT no problem. Beautiful views of Sedona from the hill. Stayed here 14 days and there was never more than 3 other people- mostly us 1 other TT and some car/van campers coming and going.
Pros: views are great, not too crowded, good Verizon and TMobile cell service, 10 mins to Sedona.
Cons: bumpy road, if it rains it a mud pit. Super gross sticky clay- we have a dog and letting him out without coming back covered in mud has been a challenge. If it wasn't for the mud I'd give in 5.

“Didn’t Stay, The Ruts At The Cattle Guard Stopped Me From Trying”
noted 3/8/2023
We scoped this out in just our toad and I’m glad we did. Immediately off of the highway is a cattle guard and it drops down quite a lot right inside. I feared my motorhome would bottom out.
A few hundred feet further in and there was another cut from runoff.
There was a fifth wheel up there, but I wasn’t willing to try it.
