Overall Rating
Clean, well maintained, quiet (mostly) and friendly. Annette and Mike are great camp hosts. Direct access to Colorado River/Inks Lake. Boat ramp on site, docks to tie up to, small store with limited products, rental of grills and fire pits available. On site showers/bathrooms/laundry (we didn't use). Sites are crushed granite and level. Easy in/Easy out of sites and park overall. Kayak, canoe, and power boat rental also available. What more could you ask for? Mainly we stay in state parks and avoid "retail parks" but we will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The sites parallel the access road and there is a cattle guard on the public road near the end of the row of RV sites. Cars/trucks crossing this cattle guard are really loud (sounds like a shotgun going off). Luckily, this road is not heavily traveled and the noise quickly goes to your background, however, the last 3-4 sites are really close to this cattle guard and the noise is quite loud. Bear that in mind if you have easily disturbed people/pets in your crew.

Overall Rating
Nice campground with full hookups. It is cozy with only 22 RV spots. The hosts are very accommodating and attentive. The spots are so close to River. Will definitely stay here again!
