“Not a bad site, bugs are annoying ”

Pretty good campsite. Enough parking for 3 cars easily, 4 if you're careful and ambitious. Picnic table and fire ring with grate provided at this campsite. Space for 3-4 tents dependent on size, but I would say two good spots and two okay spots.
Quiet, spread out from other sites, and private. It is very slanted in places though, so if you need a level cooking surface it can be tricky to balance out. Some of the tent spots are also on an incline. The bugs in this site were a huge annoyance - we are very aware of normal insect levels when camping, but we were immediately swarmed with flies and buzzing bugs near our faces upon arrival. This was helped with some bug spray and a fire, but definitely a consideration.
Something to note about this campsite: there is a steep drop-off about 12-15 feet from the fire ring. May not be suitable for groups with small children or elderly dogs (ours tried to take a dive several times).
