We were surprised at no tv reception from our antenna, and never knew the DISH Network satellite doesn't work in Canada ( no biggie, but sometimes you need tv lol).

It’s a maze to get to he pull through sites but it’s well marked. W/E at sites. Dump station at the front is a little awkward. The pipe is a large PVC with no fitting so you have to put your hose down inside. Washer and dryer are old but they work. Pool, horseshoes and playground for the kids. Shower house is a little icky. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is a produce stand at the corner of CA 1 and 302 that is worth a stop.
camper-646015 would stay here again

The camp hosts, Cheryl and Amber did not honor our reservation for site 44 on July 3rd. I drove about 450 miles that day expecting to get wifi to catch up on emails, etc. They gave away our spot and I could see my name erased in the reservation book that the young lady showed us. We left and stayed at Wild Oaks instead. We'll never stay here again.

That said this is a really nice campground with friendly hosts and residents. Many seasonal and full time sites, which have some serious additions, as well about 35 moderate sized transients, which were less than half full in mid-week. Only about 4 pull thru with full service. I’m sure the owners will try to accommodate everyone as best they can and are in the office until 9pm daily.
Our rate was Passport America but power and water sites are typically $35-40/nite.
Washer $1.50, dryer $1, only 2 of each, which were not busy while we were here.
Super quiet overnight, with some kiddies noise (the sounds of children having fun does not bother us) around the playground during the day. We were offered a more private site but choose to be closer to the “action”.
WiFi only available close to the office/pool and was adequately quick.
Bell coverage was only 1-2 bars. Slow but functional.
Large common club house for groups to eat, game or watch movies.
Showers and washrooms adequate 5/10.
Wuz a Dory would stay here again

Cheryl the owner/manager was super accomodating, we got in late (office closes at 9pm) but she was still more than happy to have us. Facilities were really clean and there is a wifi hotspot near the office and bathrooms. Would highly recommend!
