Does Rock Cut State Park have RV sites that will accommodate Class B's? Do they have electric, water, and sewer hookups in the campground?

Sure, class B’s easily accommodated. I was there for a week this spring and it was great. Electric at the site, water tank can be filled in the campground but is not at each site. Sewer dump at the dump station. Lot of good trails for hiking, biking, and even horses. Feels very far out but is actually close to town. Nice quiet lake too.
