Question about Rock Creek RV Park

Denise asked on 4/20/2021

We will be in Twin Falls mid-October - since they don't take reservations, and we won't arrive till late afternoon/ early evening, what are the chances of getting a spot here? Thanks

I got there in the afternoon back in sept/oct 2020. There were only a few sites left. Beautiful grass and trees and fast creek in front of the spaces. ‘Maps.me will have you turn 200 yds to the east of the actual turn The Rv sign is white and maybe 2’ x 3’ and low to the ground and not at all obvious Some hwy noise in the morning Verizon 40 mbits/sec download, 20 up.’

There was plenty of space every day when I was there in a September. October is not tourist season in Idaho, so you should have no problem. If it's full, go over the river to Jerome County Fairgrounds, but check first to be sure there are no events going on.

Not sure about October. Since we're not local, I would be hesitant to guess. You might try contacting the park office: Office Phone number: 208-734-9491 Office Email: parks@tfco.org Even though they don't take reservations, they probably have a good handle on how busy it will be in the fall.

Unlike you, we arrived in early spring. That said, we had no problem securing a preferred site and experienced a generally open park throughout our stay. Good luck!
